3. Eebii Academy Terms
Enrollment in Eebii Academy courses is subject to availability and specific course requirements. Eebii reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors to maintain academic quality. Students must adhere to the Academy's code of conduct and respect intellectual property rights of training materials provided.
4. Eebii Flow Usage
Users of Eebii Flow (WhatsApp API SaaS) must comply with Meta's official WhatsApp Business Policy. Any misuse, including sending unsolicited spam or prohibited content, will result in immediate termination of the service without refund. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their API credentials.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on Eebii's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Eebii makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
